I just placed an order for my copy. Always fun to see how homebrew titles turn out! I know a lot of love went into this one!

I'm just hoping it's not too hard. I know Rover was hinting it might be a challenge.

I remembered the demo was a bit on the tough side.... so I am guessing it's a bit challenging. Here's hoping I am up the the challenge.

Me too... I don't think I suck at games though. But, I do think there are many others better than me.

I was really hoping to get my copy this weekend so I could be bumping it on my thx sound system. Oh well, the soundtrack will suffice.

I'm just hoping it's not too hard. I know Rover was hinting it might be a challenge. The player gameplay has been expanded and tuned to the point that it controls better than most PCE action/platformers and the moves that you soon unlock allow so much freedom to tackle situations whichever way suits your playstyle. Stopping to kill each enemy no longer feels tedius and of you've got the double jumping platform skills, you can sidestep most enemy intense spots. The intuitive moves and controls lead to a invisible learning curve, where you steadily get better without trying to, but memorization of stage layouts isn't necessary or an easy loophole. It really does feel like a whoke new game compared to the original four stage demo. With all of that said, there are supposed to be different difficulties, to both accomodate players who find games challenging and those who want the greateat challenge they can get. I've mostly played on the default setting, so I can't say how hard or easy other difficulties are.

Thankfully it didn't look like a real hair-puller so looking forward to it a bit more now!

I finished it tonight. There are some quick reflexes needed and a bit of planning in some spots. It really is great all of the different play styles mixed into one game. I don't want to ruin it for everyone but the last boss totally pissed me off in a few spots. It's certainly not what I would consider overbearingly hard. There are some difficult parts for sure but overall pretty balanced. I really, really enjoyed the game. Kudos to the crew!
