Fushigi no Yume no Alice How far can you get Nando! I got completely stuck at the Tuba playing boss. Any advice? Apart from iffy controls it's fun, but it is a FACE game...a bunch of their games have good ideas but can feel cheap. I do love me some Hany on the Road though

Two that come to mind for me are Genji Tsushin Agedama and Son Son II. I've picked them up in the last year and have been addicted to both. So much fun.

SonSon II is so good, wish Capcom put more exclusives on the pce www.changevworld.com/sonson2/sonson2.htmThis is a very old but very in-depth site for the game. Has a bunch of tips, maps, translation patch and even cheat codes to create to weird visual filters.

Too Damn many for me. Especially from the SNES library. I owned one, but never had many games for it. Another system I missed out on was the PS1... PS1I never owned a PS1, and missed out on so many great RPGs, not to mention Castlevania SOTN and Chronicles It’s a great time to own a ps1. Region modded consoles are cheap and numerous. Dive in. Great fun to be had , so many games worth playing that are not sought after en mass so you can grab them for peanuts.

Is the ps2 backwards compatible withe the entire ps1 library or just partial? I have 5 or 6 ps1 games.. They all work fine.

Thread needs more Puzznic. Unless we're all agreed that it's incredible? Also shout out to Pokémon puzzle.

If you like the strike series.

I do love me some Hany on the Road though I’m the last person you want giving advice on this game lol Face games are really fun. At times they do feel a bit unrefined but it helps remembering when they came out. I’d love to see some of their games redone with newer animations and updated play mechanics. Take Cross Wiver for example. Such a gorgeous looking game.

It sounds like you're saying the PS2 is compatible with very few PS1 games (obviously it's the opposite, there's a handful that don't work)

Such a pity that the gameplay is a bit meh. It's one of the few PCE games I traded in (naturally I regretted it later but I always do).

Yeah Cross Wiber has great graphics but the controls are clunkier than Cyber Cross, and bottomless pits+infinitely respawning bats with only 3 lives, is not cool.
Really wish it turned out better. I like the first game well enough.

Liquid kids is another super fun game that I forget it’s on the system. Amazing platformer and a good port. The tree level has the best music Very rare and expensive game. I owned a copy several years ago for over $100...
