Discuss all things Star Trek!
I'll kick things off with a Star Trek poll! NOTE YOU CAN PLACE UP TO THREE VOTES IN THE POLL.

Next Generation > DS9 > Everything Else. I also voted original mostly because of Wrath of Khan. I began to lost interest after DS9. Voyager was just the same old and Enterprise didn't grab me at all. You should've add The Orville to the poll

DS9 for the win. TNG was great and a close 2nd, but DS9 was perfection (with the exception of the handful of episodes that made Voyager and Enterprise seem good by comparison)

I thought DS9 kinda went in some odd directions like...
*spoilers*
When it was suggested that the whole Star Trek universe was a symptom of "Sysko's mental illness"
And I was always rooting and hoping that Dukat would come back from the dark side. He was such a cool and likable character.

My favorite Star Trek is Babylon 5. Fight me! That's a series that I can't wait to start watching. I wish it was on Netflix or Hulu.

If Enterprise didn't have that god awful theme song it would have been a bit higher for me. I'm all in for the original series and the next generation.

My favorite Star Trek is Babylon 5. Fight me! A year or two ago I rewatched Babylon 5. It was not nearly as good as I remembered.

Season 1 is a hot mess, at least where production values are concerned, but seasons 2-4 have some real story highs that Star Trek is simply structurally unable to achieve.

Just finished watching through TNG for about the fifth time. It’s good but DS9 trumps it big time. I’m a sucker for story arcs. The characters have far more depth. Also when TNG had character focused episodes why was Geordie always made to be a love struck fool. It really didn’t suit.

I am almost done with my Trek-education. I started watching Star Trek late 2016, and right now I have about 12 episodes left on enterprise then I've watched everything except for the recent reboot. I watched in order of OG, NG, AS, DS9, Voyager, Enterprise. I watched the movies randomly (in chronological release order) throughout that time. So much good to be had in the Trek stuff, I am really glad I took the time to get learn about that trek crew. I have to admit to missing large swathes of episodes as I always watched secondarily to working, playing games, or doing chores, but it's been the background noise of my life for almost two years lol
Edit:
Openions: NG rules, OG is a period piece moreso than any of the others except for maybe enterprise, Voyager was a fun adventure in the end but had the fewest likeable characters, ds9 had fun NG cameos and the most cohesive overarching story, enterprise was overly sexualized in some times and overly focused on conflict, animated series was silly fun and the most far out-there ideas, and tribbles are weird.
