It looks like a V1 everdrive clone. So no Super system 3.0 CD card support.

Interesting but not safe, as it powers a bunch of 3.3V logic off the 5V bus (with only some current-limiting resistors for damage reduction).
Looks cool, but they should have used level-shifters.

If it's anything like the other bootleg Everdrives it will not work well and we'll soon see people asking for technical help and blaming krikkz.

The majority of issues I see with generic ones are from people updating the firmware when they should just leave it alone and or not having a compatible SD card. Not saying these will be as good as the real thing. Just saying a lot of the time it's user error.

Update! Well one sort of major issue I just came across. SD card sticks out too far for any Black DUO or Express/GT system to move the power switch over. SO you have to either hold the flash card down slightly so the power switch slider goes over the top or push in on the sd card itself just a little so the power switch can move over. Fits just fine for TG16, PCE, Core grafx, and DUO-R/RX systems. Okay, so I got one of these and they are definitely version 1 clones. So no Super CD system card use. They work just fine and are great for the price. I prefer the placement of the reset and region switch on these over the originals(easier to get to on front)and the SD loading light is green instead of red. The only drawback with these is the white pegs they used to hold on the plastic guard are too long and push too far through the bottom of the board. So when you put the drive in a console the plastic top lifts up. Easily remedied by removing the pegs, Cutting them down shorter, and then using a little glue to put them back on again. Not sure why but they also included and extra sticker to put on the drive that looks nothing like the Turbo logo but more like something you see for an 80s scifi movie poster like tron or something. Original logo on plastic cover is upside down. Pics of how it looked when I received it and then after with the sticker provided.

Very interesting. And yeah, surprised someone hasn't done it until now. I'm even more surprised that they didn't just clone the V2. Or maybe that's why it comes in so cheap.

There seems to be a large stock of these with a few stores on Aliexpress. Wonder if they will discount once they realize they don't fit too well in the Express/GT or Black DUOs. Well, they technically fit and will work if you push in on the SD card while moving the power slider over.

Being that the Turbo Everdrive is the cheapest flash card I think I’d rather go with a genuine 2.5, if only for the fixed 3.3/5v revision.
