OG Xbox was pretty bad, yeah. Library wise, it's hugely inferior to PS2 Man, I couldn't disagree more. There are a ton of excellent Xbox exclusives. Over the past 4 or 5 years I have played my Xbox way more than my PS2. Actually I use my PS2 more for PS1 games than PS2 games. Chronicles of Riddick Crimson Skies Doom 3 D&D Heroes Forza Motorsport (way better than Gran Turismo, imo) Halo(es) Jade Empire Mech Assault(s) NINJA GAIDEN! OutRun(s) Panzer Dragoon Oorta Shenmue II Star Wars: KotOR(s) Tron 2.0 I think those are all exclusive to the Xbox, at least here in the States. And anything that was released for both the PS2 and Xbox is usually better on the Xbox graphically and sonically.

Hey man I dig a couple of those, and you didn't even mention my favorite Xbox game Fable. But overall library to library isn't even close. Subjectivity aside, the sheer volume of the PS2 library is impossible to ignore. Then once you throw in import stuff the gap only gets wider.

I wonder if there's a bunch of people on an N64 forum somewhere, casually trashing the PC Engine You think N64 forums exist? You think N64 fans even know what a PC Engine is?

The PS2 has got to be the most prolific console ever. Pretty sure it's still the best selling system of all time. I feel like I'm trolling if I continue down this path so I'll try to make this my last response. We can agree to disagree. Just because something is the most popular doesn't necessarily make it the best. Look at popular music, for example.

Hmm, this is kinda of a hard question to answer. I can't really bring myself to pick just one system.
I really don't like the original Xbox at all. The library, aside from some Sega, Tecmo, and a few other Japanese exclusives, is just bland and unmemorable, especially for a lot of the 1st party stuff. Not only that, but there seemed to be a bigger emphasis on ports of PC games than most other consoles back then since it was the only home console that you can play many of the PC's hottest titles on at the time such as the KOTOR games, Morrowind, Half-Life 2, etc. While there's nothing wrong with that sort of stuff, the ports are pretty useless nowadays since even low-end, modern PC hardware can run those games just fine. Granted, the PS1, PS2, and many other systems did have plenty of PC game ports, but they also had many great exclusives, and while the Xbox has some great exclusives like Crazy Taxi 3, Otogi 1 & 2, Panzer Dragoon Orta, Ninja Gaiden Black, etc, there just isn't a lot that I'm really interested in.
There's also the console's size, which I can't stand. It's extremely bulky and takes up a lot of space, which can be problematic if you have a small gaming setup like I do. It's also a big pain to transport due to being so large and heavy.
Last, but not least, I also really hated how the Xbox, along with the Dreamcast, popularized paid online play.
I also don't like the 360 very much. Not only was it large (at least the original 360, not sure about the slim versions) just like its predecessor, but it has a large AC adapter as well, making it just as much of a pain to transport, if not more. The system's reliability issues discouraged me from getting the system for a long time.
The game library also isn't much to write home about. Although there were some decent exclusives released in the early days such as Dead Rising, Earth Defense Force 2017, Dead or Alive 4, Full Auto 1, etc. The amount of interesting exclusives dried up horribly later on in the system's life. There just weren't many exclusives released later in the system's life that I really wanted to play aside from some of the Cave shooters. I also really hated how Microsoft dedicated a good chunk of the system's later days to the Kinect, which was pretty much a bland, soulless cash-in on the Wii phenomenon at the time.
As for the ports of PC games, there didn't really seem to be as many except for maybe the smaller games, but it might be due to more & more developers focusing on game development for consoles in mind rather than PC's (except for when they're porting games to the latter).
I hated that paid online play was not only retained for the system, but got even more popularized. Even to the point where Nintendo and Sony would eventually implement annual fees for online play on their latest consoles.)
The Wii U was just a big, big disappointment in general compared to the Wii. The gamepad has terrible battery life, and you can't really use more than 1 (or 2? not sure) on the same system. The library, compared to the Wii's, is just tiny. You'll have to be a diehard Nintendo fan to get the most out of it since 3rd party support is extremely weak. While I'm a big Nintendo fan, many of the games just don't look that fun aside from a few, mainly Smash 4 and Donkey Kong Country Tropical Freeze.
Not only that, but a few of Nintendo's games on the system had some really nasty censorship, mainly Xenoblade Chronicles X, Fatal Frame 5, and Tokyo Mirage Sessions. Plus, the system was region-locked so you couldn't even import the uncensored Japanese versions unless you have a Japanese system.
Another thing that really bugs me about the system is that although Nintendo released an adapter that allowed you to use GC controllers, the only game that worked with them was Smash 4. Why didn't they make any other games compatible with them? If anything, it feels mostly like a missed opportunity.

If I wanted to play PC centric games, I'll just buy a PC. Never understood why people flocked to the 360 considering those things were built out of paper and folk had to buy a 2nd (sometimes a third) console to replace the failing one. I'm kinda curious what the status of emulation on both of those consoles are (if you can even call it that lol).

The 360 was genuinely good. As much as I disliked the original, the 360 quickly became one of my favourite consoles. This time there was just about no disparity between the Sony and Microsoft consoles, the UI was fairly polished, XBLA was great and the featureset is awesome. The 360 is definitely, definitely one of my most heavily used consoles, along with the PSP. The pads were decent this time (and wireless), online play was good, it's a decent media player... I think I paid 50 bucks for mine too, about 2 years in.
Don't get me wrong, there was a load of trash on the console, but I think in terms of library, pretty much everything, it goes toe to toe with the PS3. And pretty soon I'm going to finally pick up a PS3 for the exclusives like Uncharted and Last of Us.

Panzer Dragoon Oorta is the only thing that would even remotely tempt me to get an Xbox, so I guess that would make it my least favorite console. The N64 doesn't have many games that I care for, either, but I can't hate it too much because it has Doom 64. The most atmospheric Doom ever created with a wonderfully disturbing ambient soundtrack by the talented Aubrey Hodges. Every True Doom Murderhead must have an N64 solely for the purpose of playing this game--it's the law.

N64 follow by 3DO.I never liked the N64 controller and how cumbersome it was to use, plus most of it's good games are first party.3DO mostly it's library of games it never did appeal to me expect for road rash and return fire.

Calling the CDi and 3do my least fav system is giving too much credit to them(calling them system or console). I'm not a fan of any nintendo home console purely based on hate. But I'd have to say my least favorite system is the SNES, but that is mainly because of the snerds that praise it.
Kinda like pinball. I have not problem with pinball, it's the pinball fans I cannot stand.

For me, I don't like the Saturn. It has Saturn Bomberman, which is an awesome rendition, but there's Bomberman on nearly every console. Hell, the SNES had 5! Panzer Dragoon was boring and very ugly. I don't like fighting games. There's Daytona USA, but it's inferior to the Dreamcast version. Nights is just weird. I don't see the appeal. Magic Knight Rayearth might be good, but after an hour of anime tropes and no gameplay, I turned it off. Shining Wisdom would be great if it weren't for that stupid running mechanic.
I didn't play the system until two years ago, but I just can't get into it. I prefer N64.
