Snatcher - Yeah I'm super shocked no group of insanely cool humans never attempted to translate the PCE version. Sure there's the Sega CD one but who has $500 USD to shell out like water besides a wealthy hipster with an R-Type red laser mustache? I completely missed out on that back in the day.
Tengai Makyo series - If the SNES one got translated im sure its very possible to do the same for the 3 RPGs that started it all...
Sorcerian, Legend of Xanadu 1&2, Legend of Heroes II - cuz Falcom is the shit.
Spriggan Mark-2 - I usually don't care for Japanese text in shmups but this one is insanely story driven. I saw on YouTube an English translation in the works. What happened to the project?

Legend of Xanadu 1&2 both have had their text done for over a year, but they won't come out till dubs are finished unfortunately.
Blood Gear is my number one. It's by the Wonder Boy people, at least there's a guide but I don't know how daunting it wold be to try and use it.

Although I've already played through it on that other system, It'd be nice to finally have a Snatcher translation.

Just finish the other 20% of the Japanese text in those Wizardry games (and a few others) as practice and then go after the text heavy games like the rest of the Cosmic Fantasy series. Seriously, it makes you wonder why we still have games that are in Engrish. You would think after all these years someone would come along and go after the low hanging fruit. I'm in no way bashing our current fan translation groups and I think they do an outstanding job, however in this day in age we can certainly as a group create a Kickstarter project to at least float the idea of doing some more translations (assuming of course the copyright police don't come knocking on our doors). I for one would toss some money into something like that. /end rant

Bashing others and dragging drama in from the outside is something the forum rules specifically state not to do. Just FYI.

City Hunter is always the top of my wants list. It's not as text heavy as an RPG and would really benefit from the plot elements (rather than have to guess where to go next). I bet the dialogue is pretty funny in places too.

I think people just don't have a reason to bother with multiple ports of the same game. Just look at Emerald Dragon or Shin Megami Tensei.

Wizardry 4 is not on the snes (the Wizardry game is completely different lol), and 1-3 there's enough differences to justify it. 5 is just uncensored like the pc version and has cd audio.

Yeah I read somewhere that Wizardry is playable in JP, so I took a chance since the games are inexpensive. WTF.. Wasn't playable for me lol

Regardless, these games should be easy to translate considering the material and the additional stuff I guess you could use Google Translate or some nonsense. lol
