There's just so many Arcade games out there, that a ton have fallen through the cracks. Which ones do you guys recommend? There's a Prototype game that's called Recalhorn. It's a beautiful platformer by Taito that would've felt at home on the SNES! Even has typical checkpoints www.youtube.com/watch?v=S0ZH1rYo3NIMighty! Pang is a pretty fantastic sequel, but even Pang 3 seems to be more well known www.youtube.com/watch?v=goXjMzjcBU4

Both of these beat'em ups never had a port to consoles.Night Slashers/Data East and Battle Circuit/Capcom.

I only ever saw Hyper Crash by Konami in one arcade. It was fun, all you do is smash into the other cars, but mostly I remember it for the great tune.

Sort of a polygon follow up was Dancing Eyes. It's only 1p and them PS1 era polys are ROUGH. But it's good for a laugh.
Dancing Eyes is sort of a polygon update to the Gals Panic style, but only 1p. It's fun for a laugh b/c those PS1 era polys are ROUGH.
I'd never heard of Vertexer until this year when I saw a board sell for $2k on YAJ. It seems to require to run on a uber rare cabinet (IDYA) that moves a-la R360. But the music sounds tops, but then again...Zuntata are beast (https://youtu.be/NB406e71cuU)

Vertexer looks nuts! Is it using some sort of trickery to get that effect?

I remember the Bucky O'Hare game. I saw it once, but I thought it was trying a bit too hard to copy X-men/Simpsons/TMNT

I remember the Bucky O'Hare game. I saw it once, but I thought it was trying a bit too hard to copy X-men/Simpsons/TMNT While the nes version was a straight up platformer the arcade was kind of a run'n'gun in a sense. There are times id played, bucky'o'hare in mame and i see it as a good license game.Beside the fact it get's a ending for which the tv series wasn't able to do.
