Since the roms and tools aren't public yet, I figured I posted a video here instead of the dev section. A PCE xmas eve present (not xmas themed though haha).. www.youtube.com/watch?v=FjYw55qn8Rw

Very cool. Love tech demos like this. Not entirely sure what it would be good for in practical use but I don’t care.

It has some practical uses too... I guess I need to show some examples

Welp.. it's the end of the year. I wanted to have official released slide show roms, with polished graphics, etc, but there's never enough time haha. Instead, you can play with the test images I've setup. These are just quick conversions for testing out range (detail, sharpness, blending, dark-dither, etc): www.turboxraypce.org/private/test_images_improved_conversion.zipwww.turboxraypce.org/private/test_images_improved_conversion_2.zip I improved the color dither distribution to be more optimal, and I actually increased the resolution (horizontal detail) than what was in that video. Note: composite is not required, but these are optimized for it so it's highly recommended (for the slight blending, but these also have saturation boost for comp/YUV palette.. and will look over saturated in RGB). It works on PAL composite too (if you have PAL unit); it doesn't try to do any weird luma/chroma "sonic waterfalls" NTSC tricks so it works on PAL comp too. Enjoy!

Yeah, these are all pretty amazing. Does your tool have a setting for no dithering, by the way?
