youtu.be/GG8uTePBI3kThis looks interesting. The people in the video are kind of awkward, but the product is legit

I've been using a PAL GameCube over RGB and GameBoy Interface to play GBA stuff on a console, but this is a good solution as well.

I had a $30 french one that was screwed into your standard GBA. It used composite but the picture quality was very fuzzy.

I have a GC with GBA Adapter and it looks really good over quality s-video cables (not going crazy on the component cables) but ever since I got a Retron5, that's my preferred way to play GBA games. They looks SO good on that console, it's crazy.

In December 2018, I got myself a XenoGC modchip, in order to run the GameBoy Interface homebrew software for the GameBoy Player, as well as Japanese and US games on my GameCube.
Regarding the controller issues of playing GB games on the Cube, I'm usually playing my Hori Digital Controller. The last games I played were Link's Awakening and Pokémon Gold. I resoldered L.A.'s ROM chip to the PCB to make the cartridge work again. For both games I replaced the empty batteries with fresh and genuine VARTA CR2032 ones (those with soldering tabs).

I got around to replacing a lot of my batteries. I didn't actually document which ones I did though, which might come back to bite me in the future...

I have a similar system of using Datel SD loaders to run homebrew software on my GameCube in order to run GameBoy Interface and I use raphnet controller adapters to use SNES pads on my GameCube.
