The EverDrive works great on my PCE Duo-R, but when I try using it on my CoreGrafx and TurboGrafx-16 the TED will not boot to the menu. The CoreGrafx works fine with official PCE HuCards, and the Turbob works great with TurboChips, but neither work with this EverDrive.
EverDrive V2.2 - - 21.02.2015
At the bottom it says
2015 krikzz Turbo-ED-v2 SN:008f
The CoreGrafx system I tried it on says:
PCE CoreGrafx 05105593b - PI-T63
The AC adapter I am using is NEC model PAD-105
91-31373
Wakayanagi
Input ac100v 50/60hz 12va
Output dc 9v 650mA
I don't have as specific info on the Turbo, but it's the system I got as a kid and is completely unmodified stock TG-16 with original PSU.

Have you flipped the "PCE/TG-16" selector switch on the face of the Everdrive?

Thanks dude, but yeah on the CoreGrafx the TED displays one of a few various errors each time I turn it on with the switch set to PCE - if it's set to TG-16 then the screen is a solid color (usually but not always white). The same can be said for the Turbob except in reverse I am thinking of just getting a new TED, do you guys know if the latest version has the kinks worked out?

I've got one of the latest Everdrives purchased last year and it works fine on my TurboGrafx, PC Engine, and Duo-R. You might consider sending it back to Krikzz. He is pretty fair about taking stuff back in and making repairs.

I've posted on his forums a few times about this issue, but have not tried reaching out directly to him. @tucci put together a group buy on PCEFX a few years back and I got it then, so I hope that's not a factor in his support. I appreciate the advice, thx dude!

As long as his branding is on the Everdrive I don't think it matters to him.

As long as his branding is on the Everdrive I don't think it matters to him. After a brief series of emails exchanged Krikzz asked me put the ED in the mail and he will try to fix it! Thanks for the suggestion!

Well this turned into a weird story, but the long and short of it I now I have a 2.5 everdrive and it works perfectly on my tg-16. after testing on my coregrafx and duo-r I'll update this post, but I kind of like having the turbo as my pain obey right now so nostalgic

There were definitely kinks. First I contacted Krikzz and they told me to mail them the EverDrive using specific instructions, and encouraged me to get tracking which I would have gotten anyways. When I took the EverDrive, very nicely packaged in a box with large text printed labels, they told me full tracking to the doorstep in the Ukraine would be ~$115 if I recall correctly. I asked what the cheapest tracking I could get would be, and the postal worker suggested first class international service, for 13.75. The tracking would follow it to the Ukraine, but at the country hand off it would end there - so I would likely not get updates once it leaves USPS hands to the Urkaine. I have been very trusting of the postal system over the past few years with very few issues that didn't result in no-harm-no-foul, so I went with the cheap 13.75 shipping as the other options would have been more than just ordering a new EverDrive. My package was mailed on 6/11, and after the 6/15 the tracking stopped updating. I waited until around the 28th, with still no update on tracking, I contacted Krikzz and they said no package was received and I need to follow up with USPS. I filed a missing mail request to USPS and haven't heard anything from them since. Fast forward to last Thursday (the 12th of July, about a month after I shipped my EverDrive) and my wife said we have a missed package alert from USPS and I instantly assume my ED had returned to me, never making it over seas to the Ukraine. I had to schedule a pickup for Saturday morning because of work hours conflicting with the post office hours, and on saturday morning to my surprise they give me a package that is a padded envelope with what inside feels like was the package I had sent, but on the envelope there are a lot of what I assume are Ukrainian words and codes, so this either came straight from the Ukraine or my package made it there but not to Krikzz. When I got home and opened the envelope I was very surprised to see that the box inside the envelope was different than what I had sent, and what was even more surprising is that the EverDrive in the box was a 2.5 instead of the 2.2 I had sent.. Did Krikzz receive mine and send me another, or just straight send me a 2.5? I don't know, but I am happy with my new EverDrive as it works in my office as I hoped
