I don’t see a link to the ISO.

I don't like this idea of selling a game's soundtrack. I understand it's remastered and all, but it's not his music to charge money for. It bothers me.

Look again, he’s selling the entire game.

I'd be pretty embarrassed to own that cover/disc as well.

Look again, he’s selling the entire game. Ok, yeah, that’s a problem. That’s questionable at best.

Even the guys at Warner Archive would balk at a $27 CD-R of something they don’t have rights to.

Well, the soundtrack is also available and while it's "just a remaster" it's actually a merger of the Super CD and the Arcade songs which I thought was really cool. I get it that it's not for everyone, but I've picked up his Lords and Download II remasters and it's really the only way I play those games now. As for the nudity, yeah- I don't really get it either, but to each their own.

I think it's a cool idea, and I'm glad some people like his work, but the problem is the selling it. The music should be made available for free as a hobbyist project, and if people want to merge it with the game itself instructions should be provided (but not ISOs or for sale). If Haze needed some community funding support, something like Patreon or KoFi is less sketchy, even if it does come a bit close to profiting off of someone else's copyrights. Using copyrighted work in a not-at-all fair use manner and then selling it is just not at all above board. I'm not a lawyer, so nothing I say should be construed as legal advice, but I am a librarian, and librarians have to understand copyright really well, and this is just not kosher by any interpretation of US or Japanese copyright law.
Re: the nudity on the disc, the horny teenage boys club atmosphere of the relevant PCE Facebook Group is part of why I'm no longer a member of it. Talk about being completely unfriendly or unwelcoming to anyone who isn't cool with objectifying women.

Correct. This is a pirate product with zero grey area. I’d honestly prefer it be left off the forum but I don’t have any say. An ISO would be welcome. Many PCE games have major level issues with the CD music.

Ok, yeah, that’s a problem. That’s questionable at best. What's wrong with arts and crafts? Do you actually not understand what software piracy is? Ethics aside, do you know the definition?
