I was wondering how many people here have had a chance to try out Chris Covell's PCEmon debug/monitor program ? chrismcovell.com/PCEmon/index.htmlwww.youtube.com/watch?v=GNWXFYOBFFwI had a chance this past week or so to take a look at it for the first time, and I must say I'm quite impressed. I just wanted to see how many other people have tried it yet, and what are you using it for ? Dave

I actually have the stuff to make a serial cable for it years ago when Chris first announced it but I never got around to it. Looked pretty exciting overall, esp. the fact that you could theoretically embed it into your own project for debugging. Too bad the serial comms probably eat a lot of CPU time

You should try it out... it's quite interesting. Although I'm not sure if you have the right idea about the interactivity of it (based on your serial comms/CPU time comment). The monitor program doesn't simultaneously run while a game is running; either the game is running or the monitor program is running. If you want to execute part of a game, you 'jump' to it, and it will return if you set a breakpoint... if you didn't set a breakpoint, it won't return.
