I’ve got a soft spot for Impossamole. It sucks, yeah, but I managed to get some entertainment out of it back in the day. Darkwing Duck, though? Garbage.

Tailspin was one of the handful of tg16 games I had growing up and was definitely me least enjoyed game. I loved the show, and thought it would of the same calibur as Rescue Rangers and Duck Tails NES which I loved to rent. Unfortunately for me the 16 bit grafx did not make the game as fun or playable as any of the Disney NES games I had played before the abomination that I nominate, TailSpin

I guess I'll nominate my two:
1. F1 Pilot: You're King of Kings - You can tell something's wrong when you have to chose whether you want music or sound effects like this was an old Amiga game instead of a system with plenty of sound channels. But that doesn't prepare you for actually playing it. It's incredibly unresponsive to the point where your car won't move at all if you just tap a direction, and holding it long enough to do anything usually ends up with you going off road, at least at first. And then you get to a turn. Normally, in these old style 1st person and behind view racing games, when you get to a curve in the road, the game gradually pushes you to the outside. F1 Pilot instead will suddenly shove you hard a few times, which is extremely difficult to deal with. This is quite simply the least playable, most incompetent racing game I have ever played, and it doesn't even manage to be bad in a "this broken piece of shit is hilarious to watch" way. It's just an awful experience and possibly the worst one you can have on the console.
2. Sailor Moon Collection - This is the most half-assed minigame collection I've ever seen. You only get five, which are basically Simon, rock paper scissors by way of an awkward slot machine mechanic for some reason, a Sailor Moon trivia game, this one where you and another senshi try to knock each other off a platform with your butts, and one where you have to raise or lower flags depending on what Sailor Moon says. That's it. They're all incredibly basic and none are any fun. Even my Sailor Moon fangirl girlfriend, who had a good time going through the other SM game on the platform despite it being a digital comic and her not knowing any Japanese, thought this was complete trash. It's basically shovelware in its purest form. It's the lowest effort PCE game I've come across.

Remember to include a little bit of rationale with your nominations. I haven’t played Golden Axe, for example, so while I’ve heard it is crappy, I don’t actually know why.

Running Fight, game is complete trash. It's so broken and un fun. The concept could be cool but it's programmed so poorly and looks terrible

Stiff control, overly aggressive enemies, and absolutely horrid graphics and sound effects. It is an absolute night and day difference from the Genesis version, whose only real flaw was the mandatory super difficult new final boss. The music is also poorly arranged.

Having never owned or played it I didn't think I could comment on it but looking at YT vids and images it just looks bad..

Double Dungeons is awesome. Sure, it feels more like a technical demo than a fully fleshed out game, but the music is awesome, the 3D movement effects are buttery smooth, the enemies are varied, and it's perfect for that 20-30 minute car ride using the Express.

Am I missing something here? Why no Falcon and Gunboat nominations? I thought these are the goto fail games. Shitty frame rate and if you didn't study the manual you have no idea of what to do(shit should be somewhat intuitive on a 16-bit platform, I'll give 1st and 2nd gen consoles some leeway on that aspect).
I also do not like DD and Balistix but I'd give them merit on the fact they work. Hard to control in Balsitix? Yes. DD boring as all get up? Yes. But at least you can play them.
