Everything is going pretty smoothly so far, no major upsets unless you're a huge fan of Final Soldier. Time for Group B!
Full disclosure - I done goofed. Air Zonk and PC Denjin were in the same damn bracket! I went back to the poll and randomised a new winner, Chase HQ - but that's in there already! (pcedaisakusen lists it as Chase HQ and Taito Chase HQ). Another choice was randomised, and Cosmic Fantasy 2 was included.
It's a bit Janky, but, it's the best I can do!

I can't believe 1941 only has 4 votes! Have you people seen that game?!

I find I cannot personally vote for any of the SuperGrafx games. I'm focusing on the PCE.

In my humble opinion, 1941 is up there as one of the top shooters on the system. And as much as I love Cyber core, it's certainly not a better game. See my mini review here:"I'm gonna come out heavily in favour of 1941, right off the bat. That's not a controversial opinion, I know, but I think the Brothers Duomazov review sums it up nicely. This is a premier arcade shooter made late on by people who knew what they were doing. It's not in the graphics, though these are excellent for their time, it's more in the little things that you don't pick up immediately. The enemy waves are thoughtfully placed, and there's always something different to keep you on your toes. But that's not hard to do. The kicker here, is that 1941 never feels unfair. It feels difficult, but you always (at least in my opinion) feel like it was your fault and "If I had just done X, I'd have been fine". It also keeps it's visuals entertaining, and tells a story without actually having a story. You really get a sense of progress, that you're infiltrating enemy lines. And I like the music too, it's a bit jingly, but it's upbeat and well composed."

Oh, I'm a huge non-fan of Cybercore. I think it is below average as a shooter, with lots of troublesome design decisions. I am dumbfounded the game made it even this far and is as well-loved as it is in this community which has WAY more than enough GREAT shooters to choose from. And I think 1941 is a good game, I just have ideological reasons for personally thinking SGX stuff doesn't belong in this poll. I'm practicing voting as activism

I'm a huge non-fan of Legendary Axe II. I think it is below average as a game, with lots of troublesome design decisions and fugly visuals. I am dumbfounded the game made it even this far and is as well-loved as it is in this community which has WAY more than enough GREAT games like Cyber Core to choose from.

I wouldn't say Cyber Core has very good visuals either (the sprite design is rather awkward)...but both games (if you can even compare them) have some incredibly memorable soundtracks I like how LA II has better weapon variety and introduces verticality in the level design. But I will say the game is far, far too easy, at least with the sword, and I have one-lifed the game multiple times.

Ok, the ones with 5 votes go to the randomizer. Which ever one is chosen is knocked out. (c'mon cyber core..) aqmx5PKwKaizou Choujin Shubibinman 3 | 1/2 | Cyber Core | 3/4 | Valis III - The Fantasm Soldier | 5/6 |

Wow. Even though I've probably played Cyber Core more, I think I might prefer Valis III. But Shubibinman 3 totally had to stay, so at least there's that.
