I've searched and couldn't find a list of all games that used HuVideo here... so let's make a thread of them? I think it was only a few anyway, but:
These use it for sure: Gulliver Boy Galaxy Fraulein Yuna (bonus disc)
Ones I'm not sure about: Duo CD Football. Is this HuVideo or something else? I noticed Kenneth Sutherland (who worked on Gulliver Boy's huvideo stuff) also worked on Duo CD Football. Sherlock Holmes. Again, HuVideo, or something else?
What games am I missing?

3x3 eyes in arcade card mode? Might be something else, but the animation is superb.

3x3 eyes doesn't use huvideo unless there's a video sequence I missed - the main game is all hand drawn bitmaps. huvideo is their FMV technology: www.youtube.com/watch?v=xo5A5AgVjgQ

HuVideo is used in: - Yuna HuVideo (technology demonstration, not a game) - Gulliver Boy - Power Golf
Pretty sure that's all.

It's Power Golf 2 that has HuVideo
John Madden Duo CD Football was confirmed in the past to use HuVideo by one of the technical experts (turboxray?).
3x3 Eyes has brief fmv clips well into the game. They remind me of the ones from that one Sailor Moon game. Since they're so short and small I assumed that it wasn't HuVideo. But Power Golf 2's video quality isn't great either.
Sherlock Holmes games were developed by Icom Sims using their own fmv format. Part 2 in particular demonstrates just how good the visual quality is.
Unlike the first game it has very nice color, which makes the scenes much more readable. But they also use a large number of tiles as the screen is displayed at 512 pixels horizontal resolution.
Unfortunately the audio in both games soon falls out of sync.

You're right - Power Golf 2.
So, one thing that needs to be called out is that only 2 pieces of software refer to "HuVideo" on their packaging; those are Yuna HuVideo and Gulliver Boy.
There are a few key pieces which might also lead us to refer to any other games as being "HuVideo" - the format on disc, and the routines used for presenting it; anything else is a competing FMV format. I should note that actual "HuVideo" uses direct-SCSI access methods (rather than the BIOS), and takes advantage of certain requests and the disc geometry in order to achieve fluidity.
- Power Golf 2 makes no reference to "HuVideo" anywhere on the packaging or contents - but as MooZ was able to prove recently - is the same storage format. I suspect it uses the same routines to display, so I'm comfortable referring to this as HuVideo.
- I don't know about 3x3 Eyes; I haven't progressed far enough in the game to see anything HuVideo-like. Everything I've seen has been pure animation, although in same cases with a very nice frame count.
- Madden's video is really short and - from what I have seen - doesn't really attempt to 'stream' the video, so even if it's the same storage format, I would call it a precursor technology rather than HuVideo. I suspect that it is actually a different storage format though.
- Sherlock Holmes is different, fetching larger amounts of data at a time, and hesitating between fetches (I suspect this is due to using BIOS fetches).
I think turboxray or MooZ would need to comment on the details.

Whenever I see people comment on 3x3 Eyes potentially using fmv it's always a reaction to the realtime opening cinemas. You can see one of the fmv clips at around 2:24:20 in this video: youtu.be/DaI-gMBB-3I

Yeah that's short, and probably streamed from Arcade Card rather than CD
