So, I get to stay home with the kid several days in the next 3 weeks or so, burning through my PTO and probably pulling my hair out (3 year olds kinda suck, even when you love them). Thanks a lot, global pandemic! Jerk...

I have unlimited sick time and have been ordered by work to stay home until 24 hours after all cold/flu symptoms have gone. I would love to spend a week at home with my kid but...I almost never get sick. Even if I’m carrying something I’ll likely not show symptoms.

See, right now staying at home means fighting through more potty training.

Ah yes. I’m done with that. My kid is five in a couple weeks. We just play with Matchboxes and watch cartoons and stuff.

I only have 7 horses left of sick time. If I get sick, I hope they make it where it's mandatory for me to stay home & get paid. I work at Target, so it's hard to say if it'll get to that point. I heard Walmart is doing that though.

I'm lucky I get to work from home, so I should be good. I'm making up some chicken soup in case I do get ill and have to look after myself.

Now working at home. Trying to figure out how to be effective with only one monitor and reduced access to colleagues.

I don't get to work from home, but I'm glad I still have a job. Since I work at Target, it's considered necessity job. plus we're getting $2 more an hour starting tomorrow at least for the next six weeks, so that helps.

I have been working from home for the past week. Setting businesses up so they too can remote in from home. Fun times. At least on the bright side of things, there will be less mass shooting unless the U.S. government declares martial law.. Oh the humanity.

I heard Walmart is doing that though. I just went to target recently and i see employees were wearing gloves etc.I was trying to return a figure i bought a few weeks ago but there not, taking refunds/exchange until april the 16th.

I believe my Target is still accepting regular returns but is not accepting returns of things like toilet paper or bottles of water if I understand correctly. I'm one of the few wearing a mask at my work. I haven't been wearing gloves, I thought about it, though whenever I see gloves are never the right size. whenever they have gloves available for us it seems like they're always extra small, I need like large or extra-large I would guess. If I see some I'll probably start using them.

Wearing gloves only helps if you are constantly changing them and avoiding touching your face or things on your own person. Basically, if you're gonna do gloves, you have to commit to other accompanying inconveniences, otherwise the gloves are worthless.

I heard, he also passed away. Damn this thing is miserable for everyone! I hope each of you guys are doing alright. <3 I've been working from home the last two weeks and likely going to until June at the earliest sadly... I actually miss the office!

I got to return the figure finally a few weeks back for a refund. Now of course i see wiping downs for the cash registers and plastic barriers setup.Beside,it's still a mandate here to wear masks while in public.
