I got one that came up pretty cheap. I know I've talked about it before, and one of the things mentioned was that some VCRs could output a short-range broadcast signal. I forgot what the connector needed is. Even still it might not work with the NTSC receiver.
Does anyone know off-hand what the input is through that socket? I imagine if it were possible to route the appropriate CD data through there someone would have done it.

It's cool playing CD games on the TE/GT screen. The Ys III intro was particularly impressive bitd.

Pretty sure BT is talking about running the A/V out from a TG-16+CD to the input on the tuner. I remember playing PS1 on an Express in the 90's, just using it for a portable monitor. The input socket is a standard, just not super common...I found a cable with the same pinout at a thrift store once, I think it was for a camcorder.

You just need a dual female rca jack to (stereo?) ear phone plug adapter.

Does the 1/8" plug have no rings, 1 ring, or 2 rings? That is the question.

Probably does. Audio is probably passed as mono along one line and video as composite along the other. 2 rings means two lines and a ground.
