I'm working on a platformer in Gamemaker, a development of the original Apothecary for PC Engine. It's inspired by the Zillion style gameplay and I'm drawing all the art in the Sega Master System palette.
I spent a chunk of time last weekend populating the first level with enemies and adding a bunch more enemy sprites. It's beginning to feel like a proper game now, so I might need some alpha testers soon to check difficulty as I progress.
I'll probably do a blog/video update of the new stuff this week.
