St first I was going to say Elite, but a quick search didn't find a version with that hud. Looking at it again I guess it could be many similar games, only without the radar circles drawn.

I am fascinated by early flight and space sims on home computers and the IBM PC. The wireframe or flat shaded polygon look of that time leaves a lot to the imagination. As a child, I loved to play a soaring flight simulator on DOS.
