Ah, okay. I won't mention it then. Congrats! This should be the top homebrew on the turbo.

Mine arrived, by the way! Looking forward to actually digging into it. the purple hucard is fun. I guess this kind of layered PCB is the standard now? How did that come to be the one everyone uses, out of curiosity?

I think that it's just affordability. I was originally going to use Retrostage cards but their prices have gotten out of hand. Even if you order in bulk, unless you're buying 500 cards, it's just not worth it.

Makes sense, and I figured it was something like that!

There's a few translated games where the programmer involved doesn't want anyone making money off of, but they said they are OK with someone plopping their hacked roms onto rewritable stuff in general(without profit), so I was looking into Retrostages stuff so I could have individual hucards for each game. The Retrostage stuff sounds like it's something easy for someone like me to do. The route you went, is it easy, or would I need coding experience or something?

Retro stage has really quality products and for what you're suggesting, is probably a really good route to go. You don't need to know how to program to do it and the instructions are pretty simple. The upside to Retrostage is the programmer and adapter is an "all-in-one" solution. You buy their retroblaster, adapter and cards and you're set. With Guinea Pig Games (who made my cards) you have to bring your own programmer, and they have adapters that work with certain programmers. But I believe Guinea Pig Games will flash roms for you. So if you wanted rom hacks on cards, you could provide those and get them flashed for you for pretty cheap. You can even get labels made too.

I'm sure he would say: if he could do it, anyone can. If a jailbreak didn't happen, I was also thinking of getting a retrostage, as apparently, those fit and work better on the Analogue Duo than the guinea pig ones.
