Anybody pick this up yesterday? I did on the Switch and I really, really like it. It's pretty much a complete Castlevania knockoff, but it plays way better than any existing "8-bit" Castlevania. I only played the first few levels, but was really impressed. I was totally sucked in. No pun intended. I dig the character switching and the level design. I just beat the boss with the coins.

Hmmm, plays better than any existing "8-bit" Castlevania games? Like play control wise? I've never found any of the NES Castlevanias to particularly suck in regards to play control. I'd say Curse of the Moon is a nice tribute to the NES Castlevania games, just way easier. It's like Castlevania III lite, but the play control isn't like heads or tales above it. IMO of course,

I've played old NES games with bad controls and CV isn't really one of them. It controlled how Konami intended it to.

I guess I didn’t mean controls-specifically. I should’ve worded that better. But I do think the mechanics as far as the weapons and the character switching provide better gameplay.

I really dig this one. Played through recruiting all characters, nightmare mode and am now working on playing through killing all characters. Good replay value to this one and has me sucked in to see all endings like Contra Hard Corps.
