Recently completed Life is Strange: Before the Storm.
I just love this and the original, and Chloe has become one of my favourite game characters of all time.

Got back into the PCE. Did a play through of Legend of Valkyrie. What a nice little adventure! Should I revisit Mr Heli tonight?
Haven’t touched Doom 2016 all week need to finish it. I beat the cyberdemon last time.

I bounce around too much to make a real list but I will put the last two major games I've played.
Ys Book I&2-I've restarted this game probably 100 times since I got my Duo disc nearly ten years ago. That last boss in Ys II is a real killer.
Fallout 3-I love this game and pull it out every few years. I think I'm in the minority here though.

I've gotten more into Octopath Traveler and it's getting even better! I also played quite a bit of SonSon2 randomly and really enjoyed it, but only for about halfway through the second level before I got a game over. Challenging!

A lot of the 2D fighters are great - Xmen Vs Street Fighter, Darkstalkers series.
Tons of great shooters - Layer Section, Don Pachi.
If you haven't played it before, try Panzer Dragoon II Zwei. It is amazing and continues to be one of my favourites.

I finished the 2013 reboot of Tomb Raider a couple of days ago and absolutely loved it from beginning to end. I've already started on Rise of the Tomb Raider. It's good, but I don't think it's gripped me quite like the first one did.

Octopath has been the perfect mindless grind, a lullaby game if I've ever played one. Low risk turn based gameplay is so much fun when I'm trying to unwind after a long day, fall asleep and wake up turn it off lol. I hate falling asleep to any action game and waking up game over progress lost! I have been busy lately but glad I have something easy to throw on and escape at the end of the day

I'm playing Words with Friends, and I am killing it. Literally people don't want to play with me anymore because I never lose. I read that 400 was considered a good score, so that was my aim, I was rarely getting under 300. When I got 450+ I was super happy, it was some luck, but I played out of my skin. Then I discovered that there are two different versions - the one I was playing was a smaller board with fewer tiles. On the new version, I've only scored below 400 (397) once, because someone resigned before I could get there. It turns out 450 points on the mini version is a godly score. Also, you can buy cheats on the full version, but I ain't about that life Oh I just bought life is strange, I don't know much about it yet, but I think it's the kind of thing I'd love I've gotten more into Octopath Traveler and it's getting even better! I also played quite a bit of SonSon2 randomly and really enjoyed it, but only for about halfway through the second level before I got a game over. Challenging! Sonson II is a great game, but it has a fine line between exploring and moving on. Personally I'd like more freedom to explore without the timer, at least on the first playthrough. I totally agree with the 2D fighters. Practically my entire collection for Saturn is Capcom 2D fighters. My collection, all of which I'd recommend (and my to-get list in red) Darkstalkers 2 X-men Vs Street Fighter X-men Children of the Atom Marvel Super Heroes Bomberman Darkstalkers Street Fighter Zero Virtual On Tenshi Wo Kurau (Dynasty Warriors II) Dungeons and Dragons Collection Marvel Vs Street Fighter Street Fighter Zero 2/3

Goddamn, Life is Strange is awesome. It's exactly what I was hoping for, part Alan Wake, Part Gone Home.
On to chapter 2!
